MPA认证和测试的有效性和权威性
The MPA-Certificate
Based on the successful test results, the client can receive a MPA-Certificate confirming the conformity of the products tested with the appropriate standards. The precondition
is that the products must have a label in accordance with the Standard. Parts of each certificate are photos of the tested products and the numbers of the current test reports Certificates have a limited validity of two years and can be
extended by re-testing the products. Manufacturers of grinding wheels will only be issued a
certificate if they evidently have a recognized quality management
system and if they have their own appropriate testing equipment. Holders of valid MPA-Certificates may mark their grinding
wheels with the MPA-Certificate number.
The certification mark MPA TESTED
Manufacturers of grinding tools of whom not only the
QM-System but also the laboratory and test facilities get
regularly checked by employees of the MPA-Hannover on
site, may mark their tested products with the label MPA TESTED.
This label may also be used by importers if the goods have been examined as a part of our MPA-PLUS service.

MPA-PLUS Service
For importers of Chinese grinding wheels, we offer a special service.
Professionals of the MPA take spot checks on site during the production of a batch of grinding tools.
A part of the wheels will be checked on site with the test equipment of the manufacturer to comply with the security parameters in accordance with the relevant EN- Standard. The other part will be sending to the MPA Hannover and tested there. Depending on the client‘s request, these tests will be carried out either at the beginning or in the middle of the production. Not only do we test the safety-relevant parameters, but also do we provide information for marking and labeling
the wheels and the subsequent packaging. Shortly before the end of production or rather before the shipment of goods, a further check will take place, again both in China and at the MPA Hannover. The organization of these controls up to the clearing of the goods through customs will be organized by our staff, so that the customer will only have one contractor. The client will receive a MPA-PLUS Certificate about the carried out spot checks, which shows the batch number and the dates of the individual controls.
